Terms and Conditions

General Terms (applies to all contracts)
Cambridge Exteriors, LLC reserves the right to change prices, materials, specifications in our materials and, website, or elsewhere without notice or obligation. Quoted or acknowledged delivery dates are only estimates. Project turn times are not guaranteed and are subject to seasonal fluctuations. Intricate packaging options, materials or products requiring a non-standard template or manual production will take longer. Cambridge Exteriors, LLC is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages related to omissions or errors in our materials, website, or elsewhere.

Payment terms
Cambridge Exteriors, LLC accepts cash, check, money order, VISA, and MasterCard. Should any amount remain outstanding after its due date, interest shall run on said amount from the initial billing date at the rate of one percent (1%) per month (12% per annum) and shall accrue daily. In addition to the foregoing, the Customer shall pay any and all costs, fees, charges or expenses of every nature (including without limitation Cambridge Exteriors, LLC' reasonable legal fees and litigation/arbitration fees and costs) incurred by Cambridge Exteriors, LLC in recovering any amounts owed to it by the Customer.

Contract cancellation
Cambridge Exteriors, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any contract.

Guarantee
Cambridge Exteriors, LLC stands behind every purchase you make in regards to your signed contract and project. Our expert staff will take the time to understand your needs and cover all the available options. We're sure you'll be happy with your final selection that we guarantee it.

Manufacturer guarantee
Your materials will be backed by the manufacturers warranty. Defects, or poor quality will be replace or repaired at the manufacturers discretion and by a Cambridge Exterior representative. You will receive all related and applicable warranty information/documents pertaining to your chosen materials.
